The KU Memorial Unions offers a wide variety of audio/visual equipment to enhance your event. With a broad selection of equipment and services to meet your needs, as well as a dedicated technical support staff, the equipment is designed to complement your event and allow you to focus on your event rather than your technology.
Many of the meeting rooms have built-in audio/visual equipment. In cases where a room does not already have the technology or equipment necessary for your event, portable equipment is supplied. If you cannot find the technology you need on the media services menu, or have questions, please contact Event Services (eventservices@ku.edu), (785) 864-2420.
