Whether it is a meeting for ten people or a conference for 500, our facilities are sure to accommodate you. The Union has been serving the campus and the community since 1926. Room Reservations
Todays' events are listed on the events calendar.

If you represent a KU office or student organization, try the on-line system to request a room. Even without a campus account, all room requests can be made in person (Union administrative office, room 476), by phone (785-864-4651), or by email (eventservices@ku.edu).

Catering
The KU Memorial Unions offer top-notch catering for any event. With a large menu selection priced for any budget, our catering services can provide your event with a variety of tastes and attention to detail.

The catering guide is a great place to start planning your event. Have different ideas or special requests? Don't worry, we will do our best to meet your needs.

Media Services

The Media Services department offers a wide variety of audio/visual equipment to enhance your event.  With a broad selection of equipment and services to meet your needs, as well as a dedicated technical support staff, the equipment is designed to complement your event and allow you to focus on your event rather than your technology.

Many of the meeting rooms have built-in audio/visual equipment.  In cases where a room does not already have the technology or equipment necessary for your event, portable equipment is supplied.  Go to the Media Services Menu for a list of available equipment. KU Media Productions

KU Media Productions connects the KU community with the world by creating professional audio and video programs, multi-point video conferencing and live and on-demand web streaming. Projects range from linking geologists at sites across Kansas via video conferencing, to developing an on-line rich-media video series for social workers around the country. We look forward to helping you produce affordable media designed to reach your audience.
