Introducing the All-New Faculty/Staff Meal Plans. Faculty and staff can now save up to $20* off the KU Dining Services ¨door rate¨ at our Residential Dining Centers and 10 percent at our retail cafés by signing up for the new Faculty/Staff KU Cuisine Meal Plan. The meal plan will be on your active KU Card and signing up couldn´t be easier. Faculty and staff are able to host university affiliated guests, so take a student or colleague to lunch!
Convenient Cuisine: All About the New Faculty/Staff Meal Plans
KU Dining Services has created three distinct meal plan options for faculty and staff that are not only flexible and easy to sign up for, they're extremely economical!

Choose just a KU Cuisine meal plan by itself for use in our Residential Dining Centers, go with a cash-only alternative or purchase our "hybrid" option that combines the best of both worlds. Any way you slice it, though, you end up saving money: by signing up for the All-New Faculty/Staff Meal Plan, you may save $10-20 off the cash guest meal rates at our Residential Dining Centers and 10 percent off at our campus retail cafés.

To make it even easier for our faculty and staff customers, we've kept the new meal plans on the KU Card - after you sign up, that's all you'll need to access great food at a great price.

Faculty/Staff Meal Plan Options

(Please note the links below will take you to the KU Bookstores´ Web site, which is the authorized online credit card merchant for KU Dining Services. Although the site does say "KU Bookstores", your meal plan sign up will be handled by KU Dining Services. Block of 10 meals ($10-$20 savings off cash guest meal rate depending on meal use). Can be used at Residential Dining Centers only.

KU Cuisine Meal Plan + $50 KU Cuisine Cash | $115
Block of 10 meals plus $50 KU Cuisine Cash. Can be used at both retail and residential locations.

$50 KU Cuisine Cash Only | $45
Get 10 percent free just by signing up! Can be used at any KU Dining Services location.

Where Can I Use My New Meal Plan?

KU Dining Services operates over 20 different locations across campus that include Residential Dining Centers, retail cafés, snack bars, coffeehouses and a full-service sit down restaurant. Find all your favorite KU Dining locations on our new interactive campus map.

Where Can I See More?

Please Note

  • The KU Cuisine Meal Plan is on the KU Card. Faculty and staff must have their KU Card to access the dining centers.
  • The 10 dining center meals and any remaining balance of KU Cuisine Cash will roll over semester to semester as long as the KU Card is active (remain employed by KU).
  • The dining center meals can be used at Ekdahl Dining Commons (Mrs. E´s adjacent to Lewis Hall), GSP Dining, and Oliver Dining. They may also be used for sack meals to go at The Studio (2nd floor of Hashinger Hall), GSP Dining and Oliver Dining at specified times. See our Residential Dining hours of operation page for details.
  • KU Cuisine Cash may be used at any of our KU Dining locations. With 20+ of them campus-wide, you're bound to find one right next door!
  • Meals can be used to host university affiliated guests, but only when the owner of the card is present.
  • There will be a two week grace period from plan activation on the initial sign up to cancel.
  • There are no refunds.
