Placing Your Order for Game Day

It is recommended that each suite designate an official contact who will be responsible for all communications to guests and co-owners, as well as placement of food and beverage orders. The PDF order form for 2018 should be downloaded and completed, then emailed back to KU Catering Manager Whitney Fox (wlfox@ku.edu). All orders must be placed by noon the Tuesday prior to game day. For the game on Friday, November 23, orders are due by noon on Friday, November 16.

Payment Procedures: Suite charges will be invoiced within 5–10 business days after the event. KU Catering is able to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
