KU Dining: Faculty, Staff, and Off-Campus Plans

Campanile Apartment Plan

KU Dining Services offer a special dining plan for students living in apartments. The Campanile Apartment Plan includes two Residential Dining Hall meals per week and $500.00 in KU Cuisine Cash (KUCC). The Campanile Apartment Plan is $1,142.00 per year ($571.00 per semester).

To sign up, log into myKU portal then sign into Student Housing under “Services” or “Campus Life”, then choose the Dining Plans from “What Would You Like To Do?”

Residential Dining Hall meals can be used in Mrs. E’s, North College Café and Oliver Dining Center. KU Cuisine Cash can be used in the Market, The Underground, Mortar & Pestle, Jay Breaks, and Roasterie Coffee® locations.

Faculty/Staff Plans

Faculty and staff get 10% up front and can save an additional 10% off the door rate at our Residential Dining Centers. The dining plan will be on your active KU Card and signing up couldn’t be easier. Faculty and staff are able to host university affiliated guests, so you can take a student or colleague to lunch!

You can purchase KU Cuisine Cash in $50 dollar increments for a discounted $45.00 price through the KU Bookstores' Website.

Please note the link above will take you to the KU Bookstores´ website, which is the authorized online credit card merchant for KU Dining Services. Although the site does say “KU Bookstores”, your dining plan sign up will be handled by KU Dining Services. Please refer all dining plan-specific questions to KU Dining Access Administrator Karen Cross at kcross@ku.edu or 785.864.7274.

The KU Cuisine Dining Plan is on the KU Card. Faculty and staff must have their KU Card to access the dining centers. There will be a two week grace period from plan activation on the initial sign up to cancel. There are no refunds.
